Strong Presence of German Wines at Wine Paris 2026
From 9 to 11 February 2026, the German Wine Institute (DWI) will be presenting a wide selection of German wines and sparkling wines at the international wine trade fair „Wine Paris“.
At the joint stand of the of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Regional Identity (BMLEH) in the German Pavilion, Hall 6 (Stand D129-03), 66 exhibitors from eight growing regions will present their products. This sets a new record, as the number of participating companies has increased from 51 last year.
"The strong participation highlights the growing importance of international presence for our wine industry," emphasizes Melanie Broyé-Engelkes, Managing Director of the German Wine Institute (DWI). "It makes the German joint stand even more attractive and underscores the increasing relevance of exports."
Seminars and Tastings
At the DWI tasting counter, trade visitors can expect a diverse selection ranging from Germany’s flagship grape varieties Riesling and Pinot Noir to white Pinot varieties, sparkling wines, and alcohol-free wines. The offer is complemented by expert advice and a varied seminar programme, which takes place on all days of the fair. The tastings will be moderated by the German wine princess Katja Simon and will focus on high-quality sparkling wine, white Pinot varieties and non-alcoholic wines, among other things.
The seminar programme is available for download under „Further links“.
