    With the tagline “Keep it Light! Enjoy Wines Made in Germany.”, the German Wine Institute (DWI) will showcase wines with moderate alcohol levels at this year’s international wine trade fair ProWein, taking place from March 15 to 17.

    Der Weinkonsum in Deutschland war im vergangenen Weinwirtschaftsjahr weiter rückläufig. Wie das Deutsche Weininstitut (DWI) auf Basis der aktuellen Weinkonsumbilanz bekannt gab, haben die Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher hierzulande im 12-Monatszeitraum vom 01.08.2024 bis 31.07.2025 durchschnittlich rund eine Flasche Wein weniger getrunken als im Vorjahr.
